Can I keep having GTL manage my property for as long as the current tenant stays, then terminate after that?

Sometimes you know that you don't want to place another tenant when this one moves out, but you're happy to let the current tenant stay as long as they want.

If you know that you don't want to sign a lease with a brand new tenant, but you want to keel letting the current tenant stay for as long as they want, then this is certainly possible! You can give us advance notice to keep managing the property with the current tenant, but to cancel management whenever the tenant moves out. Here's the form to fill out to request that. You can also let us know on that form if you want to list the property for sale with GTL when the tenant moves out.
