We hate to see you go! But if you need to terminate management, here's how to do that.

But if you do need to terminate, the process and timing for that will vary based on what is in your management agreement. Because our management agreements automatically renew every year, we have some clients who are still on management agreements that are many years or even a decade old, so many of the different versions of the contract are different and have different clauses for termination. For that reason, we aren't able to include information here about what is required in order to terminate, as the answer is different for every owner. Please review your management agreement under the section for "Term" and it should discuss when you can terminate and what sort of notice period is required.
