Since we use multiple software platforms to handle the management of your property, it can be a bit complicated to get all of your contact information updated in every system. If you just update your info in your Owner Portal, that won't filter out to all of our other systems, so it is best to submit the form here: Owner Contact Info Update Form
Once you submit that form, it will generate a checklist for our staff to update your information in all of our systems. This also works if you need to provide a forwarding address for us to send your tax information after you close out your account with us. Hope this helps!
