How do I submit a repair request?

  1. Go to the company web site at www.GTLRealEstate.com, and select the state where your property is located. Our site for your state will come up, and there will be an icon in the upper right corner for maintenance. Click on that icon and you can submit a repair request electronically. This is the preferred method for submitting repair requests because it is the quickest.
  2. Alternatively, you can call our corporate office's main phone line at (678) 648-1244. Follow the menus to reach the maintenance call center, which is 24/7/365.

Do not send an email or call an individual member of our staff to submit repair requests. This is not an approved method, as there is no way to track your request or even find out if you submitted it in the event that the staff member forgets to submit it for you. Therefore, it is required to use the above two methods to submit all repair requests.
